RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • 7- Days Easy Returns Available.

  • Exchange Request: Requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Any transit damage or wrong item received must be reported with an unboxing video/photo within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.

Exchange Conditions:

  • We Provide One time Exchange with any other Product from the store if the Frames don't suit you well.

  • Inventory Check: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired product is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

  • Product Condition: Items must have all original tags and packaging intact (Subject to Quality check Policy from Frames and Feel's end).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale & Limited Drops: Items purchased during "Flash Sales," BOGO offers, or specific "Limited Drop" events are eligible for one time exchange only.

  • Store Credit Purchases: Orders placed using previously issued store credit are final sale or eligible only for a one-time exchange.

The Financials:

  • Reverse Pickup Fee: A flat fee of ₹99 applies to all return/exchange pickups to cover logistics.
